PASSPORT AND VISA

Each participant is responsible for obtaining a passport and visa when applicable. Normally, no visa is required for the citizen of EU countries and also citizens of USA, Canada, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Vatican and Monaco. Please check with your local Ukrainian Consular representative as to what documents are required at least three month before the Conference.

Invitation letters
Upon request the Organizing Committee will send the invitation letter to delegates who may require it to obtain a visa (please indicate your address, date and place of birth and your passport number).  You may use this form to contact ECT2007

Insurance
The attendees are advised to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance because the organizers cannot accept any responsibility for neither injury nor illness to the person, nor loss or damage to the property of participants or accompanying persons.

Currency
The official currency in Ukraine is Grivna. Foreign currency can be exchanged in Grivna in all banks and exchange desks. Hotels, restaurants and most of shops accept credit cards.
